LEAGUE EXPECTATIONS

In order to keep our league successful and enjoyable for all participants we require a commitment from all teams. Please note that the league runs every week, if you cannot make every week, we suggest having a third person that can sub for your team when needed. If you cannot make a week and can’t find a sub, please inform the Golf Shop by Sunday at Noon so we have time to fill your match. There is zero tolerance for a no-show and will result in your termination from the league. League Fees are non-refundable. If your team does not have a representative present 4 times throughout the season this will also result in termination from the league. These expectations are in place to protect the entire league from not having a match or playing as a two-some.

Course Etiquette

We expect nothing more from golfers than the general etiquette that is part of the integrity of the game of golf. Our Course Marshals are employed to monitor course conduct and speed of play. We ask that you adhere to the following:

  • Repair your ball mark and at least one other on the green.
  • Replace all divots.
  • Rake all bunkers.
  • Soft spikes only. No metal spikes are allowed.

Frost Policy
Due to the unpredictable nature of frost we have adopted the following guidelines relative to bookings in the early morning.

  •  If the golf course is closed due to frost at the time of your booking it will be cancelled.
  • You will be placed on a waitlist in the order of which you arrived at the course.
  • When the frost clears and the course opens, we will begin play at the first tee time that is not affected by the frost delay.
  • Your group will be fit into the tee shcedule from the wait list when an opening occurs.

This policy is the fairest for all concerned.  Please make your booking with this policy in mind.

We expect nothing more from golfers than the general etiquette that is part of the integrity of the game of golf. Our Course Marshals are employed to monitor course conduct and speed of play. We ask that you adhere to the following:

  • No torn or tattered blue jeans.
  • No gym wear (spandex, sweats, etc.).
  • No muscle shirts.
