Contact: Golf Shop 2020 Nine and Dine - We’re back! The start of the 2020 Nine and Dine season will run with a tee time format. There will be a registration fee of $25.00 and mandatory credit card on file to sign up. The first 80 to sign up will make up our ladies Nine and Dine. To ensure that those who are enjoying Nine and Dine on a regular basis continue doing so, we use a weekly sign up. You will be able to sign up online 10 days in advance, and 7 days in person or over the phone. Monday morning prior to Nine and Dine, all unbooked tee times will be opened up for the public. Monday Ladies Night offers an alternative to our ever popular Nine and Dine (Wednesday Ladies Night). Unlike Nine and Dine, Monday Ladies Night is run by tee times and not a shotgun start. By signing up for our Monday Ladies Night, you will guarantee your spot in our league, receive a great weekly golf rate, food and beverage specials, and a $50.00 gift certificate to the Moon Lake Golf and Country Club Golf Shop. Weekly Sign Up Monday Ladies Night is a weekly sign up through the Golf Shop, where you will book your own tee times between 4:00 – 6:30. You will be able to sign up as a group or individual. We will require all the names in your group, and ask that anyone that has signed up and is unable to attend, please call and cancel with the Golf Shop at 306.382.5500. We will be using a tee time format between 3:00pm - 4:48pm. Please visit mlgcc.dudaone.com for schedule and coordinate with your playing partners to book your tee times. The tee sheet will be blocked for Men's Night and they can be booked by calling the Golf Shop, 306.382.5500. Format is a two-person best ball, match play. The team with the player who scores the lowest gross score on each hole wins the hole. During the season there is a NO tie breaker format, winning team gets two points and ties are one point each. Everyone makes the playoffs and each flight will have a champion. All teams are flighted at the start of the season based on their handicap. Flights are adjusted to make sure every team is competitive every week. We require a commitment from all players in the league when you register. Dues will be required before the first evening of Men's Night, and those that submitted their credit cards for payment will now be processed. The first week is May 26th. The fees go towards prizing and year end presentations. Registration fee must be received at the same time as the Registration form. We do have room for a few more teams. **Please complete the Clothing and Apparel form, if you haven't already done so. This will help with weekly draw prizing. WEEKLY CHECK-INAll golfers are required to have a credit card on file. This will speed up the check-in process and allow for less contact points for both golfers and staff. WEEKLY FEES*Mandatory* The weekly fee includes prizing and meal TIPS• Give putts -PACE OF PLAY- LEAGUE EXPECTATIONSIn order to keep our league successful and enjoyable for all participants we require a commitment from all teams. Please note that the league runs every week, if you cannot make every week, we suggest having a third person that can sub for your team when needed. If you cannot make a week and can’t find a sub, please inform the Golf Shop by Sunday at Noon so we have time to fill your match. There is zero tolerance for a no-show and will result in your termination from the league. League Fees are non-refundable. If your team does not have a representative present 4 times throughout the season this will also result in termination from the league. These expectations are in place to protect the entire league from not having a match or playing as a two-some. |
